Counting of parts from each bin, rack, floor or area in warehouse, parts and accessories at showroom, PDI – Job card parts, at small counters and branches.
Bin Locations as per OEM’s mandate is demarcated with each and every part, improving part traceability.
Thorough check of Variance report with SPM- Spare part manager and Accessories manager to ensure accuracy in counting. Post the same, Manager shall give acknowledgement in pre-designed format of agency as a document to prove acceptance of variance. This can be used as evidence for management to take necessary actions.
Preparation of Data in DMS SAN Upload format to support SPM for update of same in DMS. Please Note: Upload and Approval in DMS will be SPM’s responsibility. Any modification in data if required, shall be entertained by agency.
Parts purchased in last 12 Month, not sold and not found physically is a pilferage /serious error in system, which will be highlighted in the analysis. Also, this analysis reveals lacuna in order planning in commercial or manual order of parts not covered under Auto Indent option.
Basis data on stock in hand and demand of parts, an Overstock, Under-stock and Optimum stock analysis shall be done to highlight category of parts to be attended on immediate basis and making further corrective action plans basis management’s decisions.
Verification of Open RO with vehicles in workshop, Stock-transfer reports from DMS, Material in transit and MRN fully updated in DMS shall be verified from DMS reports. Overall Audit observation shall be shared which shall be shared and explained to client at the end the activity. Such verifications on retainer-ship is always recommended to client, which client may opt from Nilgriva Innovations as per the requirement.
CA Certificate shall be issued in OEM’s required format to authenticate the results of the activity.
